The service guy reviewed my problem and decided to not continue with the job. Later FAHW referred me to Aerify. I was at first wary since other reviewers were not good. However I have my own opinion with my personal experience working with Aaron. Firstly his diagnosis with my heater problem was correct. The original installer improperly wired the wall heater unit. Secondly he was able to correctly rewire the unit and thermostat. Just using good ole voltmeter and experience he used good analytical skills. Thirdly he was straightforward and honest. No upselling or anything else. He says he does about 10 jobs a day so we are not his only customer. Next step is to replace the thermostat for one unit and hope it will go well. Aerify tech Ismael did a GREAT job for me on my A/C service call. Water was leaking into the ceiling from the roof unit. Ismael went into the attic (hot!) and worked in very tight quarters to remedy the problem and make some adjustments to the set up to make it work better. Positive atitude, efficient and effective -- great job on my a/c!
